• 2x 400g tins baked bins
  • 1x onion diced
  • 1x bag of Quorn Mince
  • 2x Courgettes, cut into chunks
  • 1x Aubergine, cut into chunks
  • 6x tbsp tomato purée
  • 1x teaspoon easy chilli
  • 0.5 tsp garlic granules
  • 3x tsp tamarind paste
  • 3x tsp soy sauce
  • 3x tsp white vinegar
  • 1x tbsp Smoked Paprika


Place all ingredients into a slow cooker, cook on a low heat for 4 hours. Eat with Wedges/Jacket Potato/Rice
